What should I do if I cannot find my tickets?

Because tickets are unique, they cannot be replaced, so we like to remind our customers to keep them in a secure and memorable place so they do not to lose, destroy or misplace them. It is not possible for us to provide replacements for lost tickets.  You can contact your ticket broker to see if there is anything they can do. You can find their contact information on the receipt that we sent to your email directly after your order.
